ARTIST MULTIPLE BOX one in the famous series of boxes created by Johan Cladders at the museum in Monchengladbach. This is an edition of 660 copies and is stamped no 351. A yellow card box which contains a 4pp printed text by Cladders on Buren pus 3 booklets , a Guide with a pullout section on the exhibitions at the Monchengladbach Museum, and a text by Buren 'A Partir de La' with a matching German translation 'Von Da An' all three volumes made to exact same size as the box. 20x15.5x3cms, yellow card in very good condition. One of this seminal series of ARTIST BOXES. The edition sizes of these boxes vary as it was made by subscription. The name of the artist would be advertised and then collectors subscribed and then the edition number was made depending on how well known the artist was. This is one of the larger editions which shows that Buren
was appreciated in Germany at this time.
