Conceptual art catalogue of an exhibition of works on loan from the John Gibson Galley, New York. The introduction entitled 'Narrative' is a text James Collins reprinted from Artforum, in Dutch, English and French. He described Narrative Art as a breakaway tendency from the catholic wing of Conceptual Art. The artists involved tell stories, create scenarios, and work with a variety of photographic and text mixes that show a positive Post Conceptual disregard for the primacy of either the visual or the verbal. Artists include: David Askevold, Didier Bay, Bill Beckley, Robert Comming, Peter Hutchinson, Jean Le Gac and Roger Welch 50pp with b/w artist pages and texts in white paper covers.
