Catalogue of 65 works, each work illustrated in colour, each artist has section in catalogue with text and illustrations. Includes 'Sound and Vision', a project by Matthew Higgs listing 100 records and 100 films which represents his attempt to establish oral and cinematic equivalents for an art exhibition. He was interested to see if the Abracadabra's mood and elusive atmosphere could be adequately translated/transcribed through the agency of other mediums. Also includes 'Index', another project by Higgs, in which the index is presented in full as a self contained text - an index of possibilities not only for Abracadabra but for life itself. Vg, in decorated paper covers.
