GLOUP (GLOUcestersgure GrouP) - is a name given by Jonathan Williams to the group of concrete-kinetic poets living in the west of England, mainly in Gloucestershire - including Dom Silvester Houedard, John Furnival and Kenelm Cox. WOUP (Westiminster grOUP) - name given by Bob Cobbing and Peter Mayer to the ground they founded in 1969 of concrete -kinetic poets living in London, mainly in the City of Westminster - Tom Edmonds was a member. This publication introduces the work of 5 key concrete poets (Cobbing, Kenelm Cox, Tom Edmonds, John Furnival and Dom Silvester Houedard). Each poets has a section with 5 pieces and a text. Unpaginated with 'Bibliography and Sources of Comments Section', b/w illus, in a card folder with a cover design. Some wear and small tears to the outside but internally fresh and complete.
